Vamsheedhar Malle is a technology leader with 20+ years of experience driving digital transformation and shaping enterprise architecture for large-scale CRM and customer experience platforms. At SiriusXM, he has led modernization initiatives that transformed how complex software platforms are designed, integrated, and delivered across the enterprise, bringing together technology strategy, engineering, product, and business priorities.

Today, Vamsheedhar is at the forefront of the AI-driven shift in software, combining deep engineering experience with a hands-on approach to building AI-native products, intelligent agents, and autonomous workflows. He believes AI is fundamentally changing not only what software can do, but how companies build, operate, and serve their customers. At WATR, he brings together proven engineering leadership and AI-first thinking to help build the technology foundation for a simpler, smarter, and more connected experience.

Kallin Brooks serves as General Counsel to WATR, overseeing the company's legal strategy and legal affairs across WATR and its affiliates, and managing engagements with outside counsel retained to represent their interests. She also directs human resources for the company.

She brings over 15 years of experience helping healthcare and technology companies scale in highly regulated environments, having led legal, compliance, and investigations functions across the full company lifecycle — from early-stage startups to global enterprises operating internationally.

Kallin's foundation spans science, law, and public health. She holds a JD from Tulane University and an MPH in Epidemiology and Humanitarian Assistance from Columbia University, and is known for building pragmatic, regulator-ready programs that enable growth without slowing innovation.
